Adobe Redeem Code Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku
Redeem code Adobe sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- seller must send the order in the form of an activation code.
- Code sold must come from a legal and reliable source (not from carding or anything like that).
- Seller is prohibited from requesting buyer's Adobe account login data.
- seller is required to ship orders according to the merchandise title.
- In the manufacture of merchandise, the seller must clearly inform both the description and the merchandise image regarding the merchandise being sold.
- The seller is fully responsible for the code sold, by assisting in checking and providing a replacement code if the code sold is problematic.
If the itemku finds that the seller sent a Redeem Code that does not comply with the sales conditions above, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

Merchandise Closure and Store Closure* if the seller makes merchandise / sends orders that do not comply with the sales conditions above.

Store closure* until permanent if seller sends code obtained from illegal sources (carding, scam, system exploit, etc).

If the code sent by the seller is problematic, the seller must check the code. If the code is problematic before being sent/received by the buyer, the seller is obliged to provide a replacement. If within three days after being informed the seller still has not sent a replacement code, the seller will be penalized with Trade Closure and Store Closure*.
If a seller uses the Auto-Submit feature on his Adobe Redeem Code merchandise, the Auto-Submit Feature Terms and Conditions will apply to that merchandise.
*) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
