Identity V Top Top Up Sales Terms

The Identity V top up sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  • Top up is done using legal and reliable sources
  • Seller is prohibited from requesting buyer's Identity V account login data
  • sellers are required to state that Top Up can only be done on version of Identity V Android Operating System .
  • sellers are required to send orders according to the nominal top up in the merchandise title.
  • Top up bonus does not count as nominal for top up trading.
  • Seller is advised to keep proof of top up to buyer. Proof of delivery can be in the form of screenshots or screen records.

    If the itemku party finds that the seller made a top up delivery that does not comply with the provisions top up sales above, then itemku will give sanctions to the seller in the form of:

    - First violation resulting in revocation of moderation selling top up, if the seller sends a top up that does not match the denomination amount in the merchandise title then the seller is required to send the shortage of the order. If within 3 days (after the complaint is informed) the seller does not send the shortage of the order, then the seller's shop will be closed for 3 days.


    - The second violation results in the revocation of moderation in selling top up, if the seller sends a top up that does not match the denomination amount in the trade title then the seller is required to send the shortage of the order. If within 3 days (after the complaint is informed) the seller does not send the shortage of the order, then the seller's shop will be closed for 6 days.


    - The third violation results in the revocation of moderation in selling top up, if the seller sends a top up that does not match the denomination amount in the merchandise title then the seller is required to send the shortage of the order. If within 3 days (after the complaint is informed) the seller does not send the shortage of the order, then we will close the seller's shop for 9 days.


    - The fourth violation will result in the permanent closure of the store, and the balance of the store will be disbursed to the registered bank account after there are no more pending transactions.


    If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that is not in accordance with the seller's provisions above, then the sanctions will be given in the form of:


    - Close the merchandise and contact the seller for an explanation regarding the merchandise within 1x24 hours.
    - If within 24 hours there is no reply and or the seller is proven guilty, a sanction will be given, namely revocation of multilevel moderation**.
    ** revocation of multilevel moderation: the first moderation is for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received a moderation closing sanction for 9 days, the next sanction that will be received is the shop is permanently closed .
