- 1000 gems (+3%) = 1030 gems (put a price of 1030 gems on the unit sale, OK)

- 2000 gems (+3%) = 2060 gems

- 5000 gems (+3%) = 5150 gems

*Buyers are required to have shiny / limited units that can be traded (will be returned later via trade)
