One For All (ワン・フォー・オール Wan Fō Ōru?) is the transferable Quirk that is possessed by its ninth and current host, Rizzuku Himdoriya

Player requires Mastery 3 and Level 40 to be able to obtain All For One from the All For One NPC which spawns around the map every 5 minutes with an 8% chance.

Once the player has Stage 1 of All For One the player will require another All For One Stage 1, then you can press G to pass down your All For One. (This deletes your all for one and gives the player that you passed down to All For One Stage 2) You will have to repeat this until you have obtained All For One Stage 4.


After obtaining All For One Stage 4 you are able to spawn the Deku boss located in the cave next to All Might, once inside the cave go through the left door (the white door) which teleports you to the place where you can spawn the boss .

To spawn the boss you simply have to go up to the light and hold E to "call upon" which will then summon the Deku Boss.
The Deku Boss is a very hard boss with a lot of HP. Once this boss has been defeated he will drop One For All's Grace which can make your All For One go above stage 4 all the way up to Stage 9 (after Stage 4 you can't use the pass down to reach stage 5). You will need 5 One For All's Grace in total to obtain the last stage, Stage 9.

Once you have obtained Stage 9 you are able to talk to All Might located at the Entrance of the cave. Then he will give you a quest which requires you to:
- Deal 5000 DMG using Standless
- Parry 10 attacks using Standless
- Block 1000 DMG using Standless

After all of the requirements above are met, you are able to eat All Might's Hair (which you obtained from the quest) and finally get the Deku Spec.
By choosing to only use only individual All of Ones you will need 256 different Stage Ones to reach stage nine so it is recommended to use One For All Graces, specifically. Store 5 graces and use them on a Stage 4 All For One.
