1. open the Microsoft Outlook website/app [enable VPN before opening]
2. enter EMAIL and EMAIL PASSW
3. if the email is locked, contact admin via message to unlock or select "next" and enter your phone number to unlock the email yourself (if "try another method" appears, contact admin for help and do not retry repeatedly)


HOW TO LOGIN IN-GAME (ZZZ):
1. log in to the email [see email login steps above]
2. open the ZZZ app
3. enter EMAIL and GAME PASSW
4. send code
5. check the code in the logged-in email (wait if the code hasn't appeared, do not spam to avoid blocking!)
6. enter the code and log in
7. after checking the contents, you MUST change the EMAIL PASSW for 100% security
