Things to note before redeeming a Google Play voucher:

1. Ensure your Gmail account age is 13-17 years or older. (Recommended 18+)

2. When redeeming the code, do not use Wi-Fi and do not use a VPN or a device detected outside the country.

3. Do not be located outside the country.

4. It is recommended not to use a new Gmail account.

To avoid errors with the message "(requires additional information)":

1. Make sure your Gmail account has redeemed Google Play codes before or does so frequently.

2. If you are unsure about your Gmail account, you can first try purchasing a 5k GPC to test if your Gmail account is in good condition.

3. If you purchased more than one voucher and the first attempt results in an error or requires additional information, DO NOT PROCEED TO REDEEM THE SECOND CODE, as it will likely result in an error as well.
