Whistling Periapt

Whistleguard applies a shield of wind after inflicting continuous damage onto an enemy without taking damage, parrying, or dodging. The shield grants protection against one hit, absorbing the hit before dissipating.

While a shield is active, performing combat actions other than basic attacks will have it expire early. It will also expire after some time has passed if the user took no damage.
