**Process:** Order > Wait 7 days > Skin/hero is delivered

**Order Process Details:**
1. Complete checkout, write the format in the order description as "Nickname - User ID"
2. Complete payment and chat the seller for order confirmation
3. Skin/hero delivery will be processed after 7 days of being friends with the seller and according to the seller's queue
4. Once the skin/hero has been delivered, the buyer must confirm receipt (delivery) via "My Orders"

• For skins/heroes priced at 188 DM, 524 DM, 419 DM, and other PROMO skins/heroes, orders can only be placed if the skin/hero has not been released yet or if you have already been friends for 7 days with the gifting account (unless the remaining promo period exceeds 7 days).
