Process: Order > Wait 7 days > Skins/heroes delivered

Order Process Details:
1. Complete checkout, write the format in the order notes as "Nickname - User ID"
2. Complete payment and message the seller to confirm your order
3. Skins/heroes will be delivered after being friends with the seller for 7 days and according to the seller's queue
4. Once the skins/heroes have been delivered, please confirm receipt (delivery) via "My Orders"

• For those already friends with the seller in-game, delivery will be faster (not 7 days) based on the seller's queue
• For 188 DM, 524 DM, 419 DM skins/heroes and other PROMO items, orders can only be placed if the skin/hero has not been released or if you have been friends with the gifting account for at least 7 days (unless the promo period exceeds 7 days).
