- Buyer's account must be at least Level 20 (according to Mobile Legends' terms)
- Must be friends in-game for 7 days (according to Mobile Legends' terms)

**SKIN DELIVERY PROCESS:**

- **Mandatory:** Include **Nickname** and **ID Number** in the order details (ensure the nickname matches the in-game name, including uppercase & lowercase letters)
- Delivery occurs **after 7 days of friendship** (processed in queue order).
- For those **already friends for 7 days**, delivery will be **faster** (processed in queue order).
- **TO ADD FRIENDS, PLEASE COMPLETE PAYMENT FIRST :)**

Due to the 7-day friendship rule, **for Mobile Legends categories only**, sellers may mark orders as **"Delivered"** before actual delivery.

**Process:** Order/Purchase → Add Friend → Seller marks as "Delivered" → **Do not click "Complete" or rate until the item is received.**
