SKIN DELIVERY PROCESS:
1. Must include Nickname and ID number in the order details (ensure the nickname matches the game exactly, including uppercase & lowercase letters)
2. Delivery is processed after 7 days of friendship (based on queue order).
3. For those already friends for 7 days, delivery will be faster (max 3 days). Please confirm in the order details that you have been friends for 7 days.

5. Due to the 7-day friendship rule, for Mobile Legends orders, the seller is allowed to mark the order as "Delivered" before actual delivery.
