SKIN DELIVERY PROCESS:
1. Must include Nickname and ID number in the order details (ensure the Nickname matches the game, including uppercase & lowercase letters)

5. Due to the 7-day friendship rule, for Mobile Legends categories, sellers are allowed to mark the order as "Delivered" before actual delivery.

Process: Order/Purchase -> Add Friend -> Seller clicks "Delivered" -> Do not click "Completed" or rate until the item is received.
