· Buyer's account must be at least Level 20 (as per Mobile Legends' terms)
· Must be friends in-game for 7 days (as per Mobile Legends' terms)

SKIN DELIVERY PROCESS:
1. Must include Nickname and ID number in the order details (ensure the Nickname matches the game exactly, including uppercase & lowercase letters)
2. Delivery will be processed after 7 days of friendship (in order of queue).
3. For those already friends for 7 days, delivery will be faster (max 3 days). Please confirm in the order details that you have been friends for 7 days.

5. Due to the 7-day friendship rule, specifically for Mobile Legends categories, sellers are allowed to mark orders as "Delivered" before actual delivery.

Process: Order/purchase -> Add Friend -> Seller marks as "Delivered" -> Do not click "Complete" or rate until the item is received.
