Gift System
- Buyer follows the gift account, seller follows back
- Wait for phase 2
- After phase 2 (H+1), seller sends
- Sent according to queue

Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) minimum 20
- Minimum 7-day friendship in ML
- Buyer is expected to click "order delivered" even if the skin hasn't been sent (speeds up seller's fund withdrawal, but funds will be held by itemku for 15 days so they are safe, and buyers can still complain if there are order issues)
- Do not change nickname before the skin is sent (to avoid gifting errors)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
