Notes & Terms and Conditions for Gifts:
- Must be friends for 8 days
- Recipient account must be level 20 or above
- Sending process follows an estimated schedule of 8+ days (SCHEDULE IS TENTATIVE)
- Fastest processing time is 8 days
- Process may take longer if it coincides with an ongoing Mobile Legends event

How does the transaction process work?

1. Order the desired gift type.
2. Complete the payment.
3. Once payment is completed, send the order format via Itemku chat or order description:

Buyer’s Name:
User ID:
Nickname:
Order:
Order Date:

4. After submitting the order format, the admin will send the sender’s account ID for the item/skin. Please add/follow/friend the account and confirm to the admin with a screenshot once done.
5. The admin will add your order to the processing list.
6. Wait until the scheduled day for the skin to be sent.
7. Purchasing skins via gift cannot be done quickly. If you want it faster, it is recommended to use Diamonds directly.
8. Once the skin is received, don’t forget to confirm the order and leave an honest product review.
