Gift System
- Buyer follows the gift account, seller follows back
- Wait for phase 2
- After phase 2 (D+1) Seller sends
- Sent according to queue

Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) minimum 20
- Minimum 7 days of friendship in ML
- Buyer is requested to click "order delivered" even if the skin has not been sent (speeds up fund disbursement to seller, but funds will be held for 15 days by Itemku so funds are safe and buyer can still complain if there are order issues)
- Cannot change nickname before skin is sent (to avoid wrong gifting)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
