Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) minimum 20
- Minimum 7 days of friendship in ML
- Buyers are expected to click "order delivered" even if the Starlight card has not been sent (speeds up fund withdrawal to the seller, but funds will be held for 15 days by Itemku, ensuring safety and buyers can still complain if there are order issues)
- Do not change nickname before the Starlight card is sent (to avoid incorrect gifting)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
