**Process:** Order > Wait 7 days > Skins/heroes delivered

**Order Process Details:**
1. Complete checkout, write the format in the order description as "Nickname - User ID"
2. Complete payment and chat the seller for order confirmation
3. Skins/heroes will be delivered after 7 days of being friends with the seller and according to the seller's queue
4. After the skins/heroes are delivered, buyers must confirm receipt (delivery) via "My Orders"
