Gift System
- Buyer follows the gift account, seller follows back
- Wait for phase 2
- After phase 2 (D+1) Seller sends
- Sent in order of queue

Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) minimum 20
- Minimum 7 days of friendship in ML
- Buyer is expected to click "order delivered" even if the skin has not been sent (speeds up fund disbursement to the seller, but funds will be held for 15 days by Itemku, so funds are safe and buyers can still complain if there are order issues)
- Do not change nickname before the skin is sent (to avoid incorrect gifting)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
