How to get backup codes:
1. Find and click the "Settings" icon.
2. Select Security.
3. Look for Email (Secure), then activate it first. You will be asked to enter an OTP code sent to the registered email on your account (make sure your account already has a verified email).
4. Enter the verification code sent via the registered email on your account (ENSURE YOUR ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO A VERIFIED EMAIL).
5. After enabling email security, an additional menu called "BACKUP CODES" will appear. Click generate/create to produce 10 backup codes that can be used for the login process. Please provide one of these 10 codes to our CS team to facilitate the process.
6. Re-enter the code sent via email to receive the 10 backup codes.
7. The 10 backup codes will appear. Choose one and send it to us.
8. Once done, you can check the box "I've saved my backup codes" and select close.
