Voucher T&C:
• Valid at all Yoshinoya outlets, except (Soekarno Hatta Airport T3, Duffan)
• Voucher is valid 29 days after purchase
• Valid Every Day & Dine-in/Take-Away
• There is no maximum limit for using vouchers in 1 transaction
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money (refund) or returned to the shop (cancel)
• There is no purchase limit on the number of vouchers
The voucher expiry period can be seen on the voucher display (Redeem Page)
• Vouchers that have been received by the customer are no longer the responsibility of the seller
• Vouchers that are clicked/used not in front of the cashier are not our responsibility and cannot be replaced/refunded/cancelled
• Please ask the cashier for help to check the validity period of the voucher before using the voucher


How to order Food Delivery:
• Consumers contact Yoshinoya Delivery Service using WhatsApp Whatsapp: +62 858-1150-0566
• Consumers choose the food menu they want to order.
• Consumers mention the voucher code to the Yoshinoya officer or send a screenshot of the voucher redeem page.
• Yoshinoya officers will input the Voucher Code into the Yoshinoya POS system first.
• If successful, the order will be continued and confirmed to be processed.
• If it doesn't work, Yoshinoya officers will immediately tell the customer why the voucher cannot be redeemed.
• If the total purchase amount is less than the Voucher value, the Customer does not have the right to request the difference in payment from Yoshinoya.
• If the total purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the Customer will pay the difference by transfer to Yoshinoya.
