Choose the SMS or Authenticator method as per the user's needs.
Once activated, scroll down and set up backup codes.

- How to activate Facebook 2-step verification: https://www.facebook.com/security/2fac/settings
Choose the SMS, Authenticator, or Security Key method.
Once activated, enable the backup method for recovery codes.
