Gift System
- Buyer follows the gift account, seller follows back
- Wait 7 days
- After 7 days (Day+1) Seller sends
- Sent according to queue

Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) at least 20
- Minimum of 7 days friendship in ML
- Buyers are expected to click "already delivered" on the order even if the Starlight card has not been sent (accelerates fund disbursement to the seller, but funds will be held for 15 days by itemku so they are safe and the buyer can still file a complaint if there is an order issue)
- Do not change nickname before the Starlight card is sent (to avoid wrong gifting)
- Correctly include ID and Nickname
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
