There are [3] ways to use the Roka stone.

If you are a [Non-Vampire]: Eating this Fruit will turn you into a [stone human].
If you are a [Vampire]: Eating this fruit will turn you into a [Pillarman]
If you hold the fruit near the eye of the wall in Morioh, eating it will allow you to combine the stand you are holding with the stand in the yellow box in Pucci's Stand Storage. (Requires all 5 Jotaro Quests to be completed first.)

[Non-vampire, No Stand] + [stone roka = [Stone human]

[Vampire] + [stone roka] = [Pillarman]

[Clean Stand] + [Clean Stand] + [stone roka] = [Fused Stand]
