T&Cs
1. Vouchers are valid every day including Saturday-Sunday and National Holidays
2. One voucher code can only be used once.
3. One receipt/transaction can use more than 1 voucher with active status (never used before).
4. Vouchers are only valid for purchasing food & beverage products. E-Vouchers are not valid for purchasing merchandise/tumblers, wholebeans and manual brewing equipment
5. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
6. If the transaction amount is below the voucher value, the remaining amount cannot be returned in cash and will be considered forfeited.
7. Voucher value below the transaction amount can be combined with other payment methods (cash, debit card, credit card, and others as applicable)
8. Make sure the voucher is exchanged at the cashier area, confirm the use of the Ultra Voucher, then scan the code.
