Make sure your account is 13+, not <13, to find out if your account is 13+ or <13, you can check the top right corner of the settings image right next to your username
Account has a 'minimum' Builder Club (TBC or OBC can, must have at least BC)
Has limited small items such as: Shaggy, Koala, and others.
 
How to purchase limited items*
Enter your username in the order information, after entering your username in the order information, immediately confirm it with me.
I immediately sent the limited item the same day (make sure before buying chat me first via the my item feature to make sure I'm online or offline)
After I send the limited item, you open "Trade" > "Trade Items", check the "Inbound" section.
Click the words "View Items" on the far right just below the words "Actions", if you have clicked "Accept" 2x.

Monday - Friday : 12.00 - 20.00Saturday : 10.00 - 20.000Sunday : 08.00 - 17.00
Note*Don't forget confirm payment you in My Items after I send the ItemIf I'm on holiday / not selling, I'll let you know as soon as possible :)
