What is a Retained Balance? - Pusat bantuan itemku
Retained Balance is sales revenue that has been added to your store balance but can’t be withdrawn yet for a short time.
Why is my balance Retained?
There are two reasons why a balance might be Retained:
- An order has a dispute from the buyer — for example, if there’s an issue or delivery problem with the order.
- Certain product types — some products have a holding period based on their specific selling terms and conditions.
Product Types with Retained Balance
The following product types will have their funds automatically held after a transaction is completed:

| 7-Day Item — Dota 2, Team Fortress 2 | 7 days |
| 7-Day Item — CS:GO | 17 days |
| Ready Trade Item — CS:GO | 10 days |
| Gift Skin, Gift Hero, Item — Mobile Legends | 7 days |
| Clan — Point Blank Beyond Limits | 30 days |
| Gift Battle Pass & Gift CP — Call of Duty: Mobile | 7 days |
| 7-Day Game Gift — Steam | 7 days |
| 7-Day Item — Rust | 7 days |
| RBX 5-Day — Roblox | 5 days |
| MLBB Boosting — Jasa Joki | 7 days |
📌 The retained period starts from the moment the transaction status changes to Completed (Done).
