Is There a Limit on Disbursement of Sales Balance?

The sales balance disbursement limit is only valid on weekends and national holidays.

For users with the banks listed below, the maximum limit for disbursement of funds on weekends and public holidays is IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah) per day per user. Meanwhile, for users with banks other than listed below, the maximum limit for disbursement of funds on weekends and national holidays is IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) per day per user. The following is a list of these banks:
  • Bank Central Asia (BCA)
  • Bank Mandiri
  • Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI)
  • Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)
  • Bank CIMB Niaga
  • Bank Syariah Indonesia (BNI Syariah)
  • Bank Syariah Indonesia (BRI Syariah)
  • Bank DBS Indonesia
  • Bank Danamon Indonesia
  • Bank Danamon Syariah
  • Bank Muamalat Indonesia
  • Bank Permata
  • Bank Permata Syariah
  • Bank Syariah Indonesia
  • National Pension Savings Bank
  • CIMB Niaga Syariah
  • Sharia National Pension Savings Bank
Requests for disbursement of funds that exceed the nominal provisions will be processed on the next working day. All transactions and refunds will proceed as usual.

The process of disbursing sales balance is 1-3 days (including Saturday & Sunday and National holidays), and according to itemku's operating hours*.
