1. Select merchandise and make a purchase
2. Enter your appropriate Character Name information in your profile. Example: iTeMku
3. Make payment for your order
4. Wait until the seller finishes preparing the chest on the Island and confirms to you. The seller will give you Co-Owners Island access and put items into the chest.
5. Go to the seller's Island, then go to the building where the chest is provided by the seller
6. Open the chest and take the item. If it doesn't match the order, please contact the seller, and if the seller doesn't respond, contact itemku Customer Care
7. If it is correct, click Done to complete your order

How to set up trade items on the Island

1. Craft or buy chests that match your item's weight limit
2. Put Items into chests for buyers to pick up
3. Go to the Access Rights board on your Island and click on it
4. Make sure Access Mode is Custom
5. In the Co-Owners field in the Player name field, enter the buyer's Character Name and tick
6. Click Save
