   2. Make payment for your order
   3. Wait until the seller sends your order in the form of a combination of letters and numbers with the chat feature.
   4. Upgrade or reinstall Windows on your device Before activating, make sure the device is connected to the internet to activate
   5. Check the activation status of our device (how to check can be seen below) and remove the installed license on our device (if any)
   6. Go to Start then Settings
   7. Select Update & Security, then select Activation
   8. Select Change Product Key and enter the Product Key you ordered
   9. Select Next and make sure your Windows is activated
   10. If it is correct click the Done button on itemku to complete your order

How to check the condition of the license installed on our device

1. 1. 1. Open Command Prompt (Run as Administrator)
      2. Check the type of license installed on the device by typing
         • “slmgr /dlv” - displays activation and installation ID and other details
         • “slmgr /dli” - displays Windows Edition and Product Key
         • “slmgr /xpr" - displays activation expiration
      3. If there is a license still installed, delete it by typing
         • “slmgr /upk” - uninstall existing product key
         • “slmgr /cpky” - delete registry product key
