How do I confirm an order? - Pusat bantuan itemku
If your order already sent by the seller, you can Complete Order Confirmation so the fund will be forwarded to the seller and you will completing the order. Here’s the steps:
- Login to your itemku account
 - Go to Account Menu
 - After that click Delivered menu on your Purchase History
 - In your order that already delivered and received, click Done Button
 - Don’t forget to give testimonial regarding your order
 - Click Send, then your order status is Done
 
If you are not doing Complete Order Confirmation when the order is in status Delivered, the order will still be Done* according to this table:
*)Orders will automatically be completed if there is no complaint from the buyer
*)Orders that automatically be completed will not have any rating until buyer give rating to that order
