Amazon Prime Video Account Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku
Amazon Prime Video accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- Accounts for sale are not Free Trial Accounts .
- Sellers are not allowed to use Carding or similar methods on accounts being sold.
- Sellers are required to place merchandise in the appropriate region for the merchandise being made.
- Accounts sold must match the type of trade available (Shared Accounts are sold on the Shared Account trading type, and Private Accounts sold on the Private Account trading type ).
- The definition of a Private Account is 1 Account, only for 1 Buyer.
- The definition of a Shared Account is 1 Account can be sold to multiple buyers Sales funds are held for 30 days as a form of warranty to the buyer.
- If the account provided is problematic (account suspended/subscription stopped/cannot login) and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order .
If itemku finds that the seller sent a Free Trial Account or the seller sent a Account to more than the screen capacity , then itemku will penalize the seller in the form of:
- The first violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account (not a free trial account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has send a replacement account and send proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 3 days.
- The second violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement account (not a free trial account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has send a replacement account and send proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 6 days.
- The third violation results in revocation of moderation selling accounts*, the seller provides a replacement account (not a free trial account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of a replacement account to itemku , then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 9 days.
- The fourth violation will result in permanent store closure, and store balance will be disbursed to registered bank account once there are no more pending transactions.
If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:
- Closes the merchandise and stores of that seller. Store closures will be carried out in stages**
*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has been penalized If the moderation closes for 9 days, then the next sanction will be that the shop is permanently closed.
**) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
***) Itemku has the right to change the terms of sale at any time.
