Envato Elements Account Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku

Envato Elements accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

• Sellers are required to use legal methods to obtain Subscriptions on Envato Elements accounts.
• Accounts that are allowed to be sold are accounts with Subscription duration of 1 Month (30 Days) .
• The seller is expected to immediately send the order in the form of account information, email and password to the buyer via the itemku's Message Box feature.
• Sellers are advised to provide account usage information according to Envato Elements rules at the time of trading or in the sales description.
• Funds from selling Envato Elements accounts are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to buyers.
• Seller is prohibited from sending the same account to more than 1 buyer.
• If the account provided has a problem (account suspended/subscription stopped/cannot login) during the time the funds are being held and the seller is unable to help repair the account, then itemku has the right to refund the order.
• Sellers are advised to keep proof of a successful trade with the buyer, proof of trade can be in the form of screenshots or screenshots.

Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer. If the account provided is problematic and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.

If itemku finds that the seller sends an account that does not comply with the conditions for selling the account above, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

1. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
   
2. Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
   
3. Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers.

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction will be that the shop is permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.

***) Itemku has the right to change the contents of these terms of sale at any time.
