Fate/Grand Order Account Sales Terms

Fate/Grand Order accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  • The account data provided is Transfer Number & Password
  • sellers are prohibited from submitting accounts with incomplete data.
  • Seller must provide detailed account specifications in the merchandise description.
  • Seller must make trades on the appropriate server.
  • sellers must prepare account data for account retrieval.

The required account retrieval data are such as but not limited to:

(Account ID, Last Transfer Code, Master Name, Date of Birth in the game, Device used previously, when to download the game, when was the last time accessing the account, Servants owned, Servants in Main Party, Gender of Master in game, Level of Master in game, Master Name or Friend Code of friends on Friendlist, Have you ever bought Saint Quartz if yes, attach proof of last purchase )

If the account provided is problematic and the seller can't help fix the account , then itemku has the right to cancel the order on the order.

If the itemku finds that the seller sends an account that does not comply with the terms of the account sale above, then:

  • The first violation results in closing of the trade, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 2 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent an account replacement and send proof of delivery of the replacement account to the itemku. If within 2 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, then the itemku store has the right to refund the order and close the seller's shop for 3 days.
  • The second violation results in closing of the trade, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 2 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of a replacement account to the itemku. If within 2 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, then the itemku store has the right to refund the order and close the seller's shop for 6 days.
  • The third violation results in closing of the trade, the seller provides a replacement account for the order if the previous account cannot be repaired (maximum 2 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of a replacement account to the itemku. If within 2 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, then the itemku store has the right to refund the order and close the seller's shop for 9 days.
  • The fourth violation results in the permanent closure of the store, and the balance of the store will be disbursed to the registered bank account once there are no more pending transactions.

If the itemku in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:

  • Closes the merchant's merchandise and stores. Store closures will be carried out in stages*


If the seller uses the automatic delivery feature on his Trading Fate/Grand Order Account then, Terms and Conditions of Use of the Automatic Delivery Feature will apply to the merchandise.

*) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
