Lost Saga Origin Account Sales Terms

Lost Saga Origin accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  • Accounts sold are not random accounts
  • Sellers are required to use legal means to obtain accounts for sale.
  • Seller is required to provide detailed account specifications for sale in the merchandise description.
  • Seller is prohibited from selling an account if the data related to the account is incomplete (minus).
  • Seller must prepare account data for account retrieval.
  • The seller is obliged to assist the buyer in the process of securing the purchased Lost Saga Origin account.

Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer. If the account provided is problematic and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.

If itemku finds that the seller sends an account that does not comply with the conditions for selling the account above, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

  1. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
  2. Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
  3. Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers.

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction will be that the shop is permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
