WeTV Account Terms of Sale

WeTV accounts sold on itemku must meet the following conditions

  • Sellers are required to use the appropriate legal to get an active package VIP on sold accounts.
  • Sellers are only allowed to sell VIP accounts with active period 30 Days .
  • Sellers are expected to immediately send orders with account information such as email/mobile number and password to the buyer after confirming the purchase.
  • Sales proceeds are withheld for 30 Days as a form of guarantee to the buyer.
  • Accounts for sale must be according to the type of trade available (Sharing Accounts and Private Accounts).
  • Accounts must be used within their reasonable capacity one account for a maximum of two users (for sharing accounts), and one account for up to one user (for private accounts)
  • If the given account has problems (account suspended/VIP stopped/cannot login) for period of purchase and the seller is unable to help repair the account, then itemku has the right to order cancellation on the order.

If itemku finds a seller sending an account that uses illegal means to obtain active viewing packages or other similar actions or seller sends Account to more than device capacity , then itemku will be sanction the seller in the form of:

  1. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
  2. Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller proves to be problematic and cannot be repaired. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
  3. Gradual withdrawal of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller sends the account more than the screen capacity. If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
  4. Gradual revocation of Account Sales Moderation* if the account provided by the seller does not match the category (Private Accounts are sent Shared Accounts). If the seller does not provide a replacement account 3 days after the complaint is informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**.
  5. Gradual lifting of Account Sales Moderation* and store closures** until permanent. If the seller is proven to have hacked, or sends the same account to several buyers (for Private Accounts).

If the seller uses the auto-delivery feature on his weTV Account, Auto-submitting Terms and Conditions of Use will apply to that weTV Account's merchandise.

*) tiered moderation revocation: first revocation of moderation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received moderation closure sanctions for 7 days, then the next sanction is that the shop is permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.

***) Itemku has the right to change the contents of these terms of sale at any time.
