Hypixel Store Item Terms of Sale

Hypixel Store items sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

  • Items submitted must come from a legal source and use a reliable payment method .
  • Sellers are expected to communicate with buyers through the itemku's Message Box feature regarding the delivery of orders to avoid delivery errors
  • seller must make merchandise according to the title provided by itemku.
  • The seller ensures that the item delivered matches the order and matches the merchandise is made.
  • Seller must keep proof of delivery of Hypixel Store items.



If itemku finds that the seller has sent a Hypixel Store item that does not comply with the above sales conditions, itemku will be penalized by the seller in the form of:

  • The first violation will result in your merchandise being closed, and the store closing for 3 days. If the seller is caught sending Hypixel Store Items obtained by illegal < , then itemku has the right to return funds on the order .
  • The second violation results in your merchandise being closed, and the store closing for 6 days. If the seller is caught sending Hypixel Store Items obtained by illegal < , then itemku has the right to return funds on the order .
  • A third violation results in your merchandise being closed, and the store closing for 9 days. If the seller is caught sending Hypixel Store Items obtained by illegal < , then itemku has the right to return funds on the order .
  • The fourth violation will result in the permanent closure of the store, and the balance of the store will be disbursed to the registered bank account once there are no more pending transactions.

If in the process of checking the quality of merchandise, itemku team finds that the seller made merchandise that does not comply with the above sales conditions, then:

  • Closes the merchant's merchandise and stores. Store closures will be gradual*

*) if the store violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
