Terms of Sale Service Download Envato Elements - Pusat bantuan itemku

The Envato Elements item download service sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

• The seller is required to use a legal method to obtain the item ordered by the buyer.
• Sellers are advised to include a license to use the item in accordance with Envato Elements rules in the merchandise description.
• Seller is required to send order in form of link/online storage link via Google Drive, DropBox or Microsoft OneDrive.
• sellers are prohibited from selling item sets in any online or offline storage.
• Sellers are prohibited from sending orders other than in the form of a download link.
• Sellers are advised to keep proof of a successful trade with the buyer, proof of trade can be in the form of screenshots or screen records.

If itemku finds that the seller sends an Envato Elements Download Service that does not comply with the above sales conditions, the seller will be penalized in the form of:

1. Trade Closure and Store Closure* if the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the terms of sale.
   
2. Store closure* until permanent. If the seller is proven to have sent download services obtained from illegal sources (system exploitation, bug exploitation, etc.).
   

*) if the store violates up to 2 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
