Terms of Sale Top Up Boom Live - Pusat bantuan itemku

Top Up Boom Live that can be sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:

• Top up is done using legal and reliable sources.
• Seller is prohibited requesting buyer's Boom Live account login data.
• When creating merchandise, make sure to use a Title that matches the one itemku has provided.
• Seller is required to make merchandise according to the denomination being sold (both in the image used, the trade title or description written on the merchandise).
• Sellers are required to send orders according to the amount of merchandise sold.
• Sellers are advised to keep proof of delivery or purchase as proof of having shipped merchandise to the buyer.

If itemku finds that the seller makes a top up delivery that does not comply with the top up sales conditions above, then itemku will impose sanctions on the seller in the form of:

1. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller makes merchandise in a denomination that itemku does not provide.
   
2. Trade Closure and Store Closure** if the seller violates the terms of sale.
   
3. If there is a seller's merchandise that uses an image or informs the description of the denomination that is sold less than the title used for the merchandise (Example: Trade Title 52,727 U Coins, information on the image and/or on the description of “53,000 U Coins”). The seller's trade will be closed and the seller must send a top up order following the largest nominal if the merchandise is purchased.
   
   
4. If there is a Top Up merchandise where the seller uses an image or informs the description of the denomination that is sold more than the title used for the merchandise. (Example: Trade title 52,727 U Coins, information in the image and/or in the description “53,000 U Coins”), the seller must send a top up order following the largest nominal.
   
5. Gradual revocation of Moderation selling Top Up* if the seller sends a top up that does not match the amount that should be based on points three and four. If the seller still has not sent the shortage of the order 3 days after the complaint was informed by the itemku User Service, the seller's shop will be closed**
   
   

*) tiered moderation revocation: first moderation revocation for 3 days, 5 days, and 7 days, If the seller still commits the same violation and has received a moderation closing sanction for 7 days, the next sanction will be the shop being permanently closed.

**) if the store violates up to two times, the third violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.

***) Itemku has the right to change the contents of these terms of sale at any time.
