Terms of Sale Unit Anime Defenders Roblox

Units in the Anime Defenders Roblox category sold on Itemku must comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • Sellers are required to deliver orders through the Trade feature.

  • Units delivered by sellers must come from legal sources and must not be obtained through system/bug exploitation, cheating, or other illegal methods.

  • Sellers are prohibited from requesting access to the buyer’s account.

  • Sellers are prohibited from creating products that are random/gacha/uncertain in nature.

  • Ensure that the buyer’s Roblox character name matches the Order Notes. If there is any discrepancy, the seller may confirm with the buyer through Itemku’s message box.

  • For the security of both sellers and buyers, communication must only be conducted through Itemku’s message box.

  • Sellers are advised to keep proof that the trade has been successfully completed with the buyer. Proof may be in the form of screenshots or screen recordings.

If Itemku finds that a seller has delivered orders that do not comply with the above sales terms, the seller will be subject to the following sanctions:

  • Product Closure and Store Closure* if the seller creates products that do not comply with the sales terms.

  • Product Closure and Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have delivered units obtained through illegal means (cheating, system exploitation, or bug exploitation).

  • Store Closure* if the seller is proven to have delivered units or skins that do not match what was sold and fails to provide a replacement within 2 × 24 hours after the complaint has been informed to the seller.

*) If a store commits violations up to two times, the next violation will result in permanent store closure.
**) Itemku reserves the right to change the contents of these terms and conditions at any time.
