Spotify Premium Upgrade Terms of Sale - Pusat bantuan itemku
Spotify Premium upgrades sold on itemku must meet the following conditions:
- Premium upgrade must be sent as invitation link .
- sellers are not allowed send orders in the form of Email and Password for merchandise type Upgrade Premium
- Sales proceeds are held for 30 days as a form of guarantee to the buyer.
- Only 1 month subscription is allowed.
- If the given account has a problem and the seller cannot help fix the account, then itemku has the right to cancel the order on that order.
- If itemku finds that the seller sent an order in the form of Account (email + password) or Free Trial Account , then itemku will penalize the seller in the form of:
- The first violation results in revocation of account selling moderation, seller provides a replacement Premium Upgrade (not a free trial account or new account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 3 days.

The second violation results in the revocation of moderation selling the account, the seller provides a replacement Premium Upgrade (not a free trial account or a new account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller have sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 6 days.
- Third violation results in revocation of moderation selling account*, seller provides a replacement Premium Upgrade (not a free trial account or a new account) for the order (maximum 3 days after the complaint is informed), if the seller has sent a replacement account and sent proof of delivery of the replacement account to itemku, then sales moderation will be given back. If within 3 days the seller does not provide a replacement account, we will close the seller's shop for 9 days.

The fourth violation will result in the permanent closure of the store, and the balance of the store will be disbursed to the registered bank account after there are no more pending transactions.
If the itemku party in the process of checking the quality of merchandise finds that the seller makes merchandise that does not comply with the seller's provisions above, the sanctions will be given in the form of:
- Close the merchandise and shop of the seller. Store closures will be gradual**
If a seller uses the auto-submission feature on his Spotify Premium Upgrade Merchandise then, Terms and Conditions of Use of Auto-Submitting Features will applies to the Spotify Premium Upgrade merchandise.
*) revocation of multilevel moderation: revocation of the first moderation for 3 days, 6 days, and 9 days. If the seller still commits the same violation and has received a moderation closing sanction for 9 days, the next sanction will be shop is permanently closed.
**) if the shop violates up to 3 times, the next violation will result in the shop being permanently closed.
***) Itemku has the right to change the terms of sale at any time.
