If you want to join as a Seller who can use the 10-minute delivery guarantee feature, the Seller must meet the following criteria:
- Store success rate must be above 90%.
- Average store rating must be above 4.
- Have at least 20 successful transaction in category has a 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee feature .
- Average delivery time of the last 10 orders should be under 30 minutes.
- Have a good sales history while selling on itemku.com.
After fulfilling these data, the seller can submit moderation to itemku team via the Merchandise page, the moderation process will take 1x24 hours.
To maintain the quality of the selected Seller and the satisfaction of the buyer, here are the things that the seller must pay attention to with the 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee feature:
1. Sellers are required to close the 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee feature if it is not possible to ship orders within 10 minutes. Opening and closing the 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee feature can be done in 2 ways:
- Close all merchandise from 10 minutes feature
Go to Tokoku website -> Store Settings -> 10 Minutes Delivery -> Slide the option on Shipping Guarantee to On/Off - Close some merchandise from the 10 minute feature
Go to Tokoku website -> My trades -> Find your merchandise which will be activated or deactivated 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee Feature -> Slide the option on Delivery: 10 Minutes Send to On/Off (the position is under each of your merchandise list). You can view all of your 10 Minutes Shipments on the 10 Minutes Send of the Trades page .
2. If the seller does not close the 10 Minute Delivery Guarantee feature and results in a delay in the delivery of the order by more than 10 minutes, then:
- If the order has passed 10 minutes and still hasn't been delivered, the buyer can choose to cancel or wait for the order to be delivered.
- If the buyer chooses to wait for the order to be sent, the buyer can still directly request a cancellation within 1x24 hours as long as the seller has not sent the order.
3. If the ID and nickname written by the buyer in the order details are different from the nickname that appears when you process the order, then please cancel the order.
4. If there is a condition that the buyer enters the wrong data for delivery, in this case the ID is not written or not found, the seller can cancel the order.
5. If you have sent an order but you forgot to change the status of the order to already shipped and the buyer has submitted a purchase cancellation, immediately contact itemku user service and provide proof that you have processed the order before 10 minutes. (If unable to provide proof of delivery within 30 minutes of the order being cancelled, then we consider the report invalid and the order will still be canceled ).
6. Itemku will check weekly on the use of the 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee Feature. If the seller has poor performance (delivery delay rate >50%) then:

- The first poor performance will cause the 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee Feature to be disabled for 3 Days
- Second poor performance will cause the 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee Feature to be disabled for 5 Days
- Third poor performance will cause the 10 Minute Shipping Guarantee Feature to be disabled for 7 Days.
- Fourth poor performance will cause the 10 Minute Delivery Guarantee Feature to be permanently disabled.
