Rules:
- Buyers have to wait or queue for delivery of goods
- Slow response means taking care of other buyers or outside operational hours
- If the goods have been sent and the buyer has not received the goods sent due to connection problems on the buyer's side or problems with the server, there is no REFUND for this problem
