Gift System
- Buyer follows gift account, seller follows back
- Wait for phase 2
- After phase 2 (D+1), seller sends the gift
- Sent according to queue

Gift Requirements
- Account level (seller/buyer) minimum 20
- Minimum 7 days of friendship in ML
- Buyer is requested to click the order as "already delivered" even if the skin has not been sent (speeds up fund disbursement to the seller, but funds will be held for 15 days by Itemku, so they remain secure and the buyer can still complain if there are order issues)
- Cannot change nickname before the skin is sent (to avoid gifting errors)
- Include ID and Nickname correctly
- Cannot be canceled for any reason
