I Forgot itemku Account PIN, What Should I Do?

If you forget the PIN you used on your itemku account, don't panic and follow these steps:

• • Through the itemku App
    
    1. Login to your itemku account, then click on the Account menu at the bottom right of the itemku app.
    
    
    2. In the Account menu, scroll down ( scroll ), until you find the option Change PIN . Click the Change PIN menu.
    
    
    3. Click Reset PIN
    
    
    4. A verification code will be sent to email registered on your itemku account. If you still haven't received the email, you can request a re-send within 30 seconds . If you've reached the verification email request limit, you can try again in 30 minutes.
    
    
    5. Enter the verification code you received via email (never share the code with anyone).
    6. Enter your new PIN code, then click Continue .
    
    
    7. Confirm your new PIN by entering it again.
    
    
    8. Congratulations you have successfully changed your PIN!
    
    
    
    
    
  • Through itemku website
    • Login to your itemku account, then click on your item account profile you.
      
      
    • Select the Settings menu (image of gear) located at the top right of the page and select the Change PIN menu
      
    • Choose Change Pin
      
    • Click Reset PIN
      
      
    • A verification code will be sent directly to the email registered to your itemku account. Check your email and enter the verification code you received
      
    • If you still haven't received the verification code in your email, please wait 60 seconds and click resend . If you have reached the limit for sending a verification email request, you can try again within 1x24 hours the future.
      
    • After you have entered the verification code you got, enter the new PIN and click Continue
      
      
    • Confirm the new PIN by re-entering the new PIN
      
    • Congratulations you have successfully changed your PIN!
