SKIN DELIVERY PROCESS:
1. Must include Nickname and ID number in the order notes (ensure the nickname matches the game, including uppercase & lowercase letters)
2. Delivery is processed after 7 days of friendship. (Based on queue)
3. For those already friends for 7 days, delivery will be faster. (Max 3 days delivery), please confirm in the order notes that you have been friends for 7 days.

5. Due to the 7-day friendship rule, specifically for Mobile Legends categories, the seller is allowed to mark the order as "Delivered" before the item is actually sent.

Process: Order/Buy -> Add Friend -> Seller marks as Delivered -> Do not click "Complete" or rate until the item is received.
