SKIN DELIVERY PROCESS:

3. Delivery will be processed after the 8-day friend requirement is met (based on queue order)

5. Due to the 7-day friend rule in Mobile Legends, sellers are allowed to mark orders as "Delivered" before actual delivery for this category.
