Things to note before redeeming a Google Play voucher:

1. Ensure your age on the Gmail account is 13-17 years and above. (Recommended 18+)

2. When redeeming the code, do not use a Wi-Fi connection and do not use a VPN or a device detected outside the country.

3. You are not currently abroad.

4. It is recommended not to use a new Gmail account.

To avoid error codes with the description (requires additional information):

1. Ensure your Gmail account has already/often redeemed Google Play codes.

2. If you are unsure about your Gmail account, you can first try purchasing a 5k GPC to test that your Gmail account is healthy.

3. If you purchase more than one voucher and the first attempt results in an error/requires additional information, DO NOT CONTINUE TO REDEEM THE SECOND CODE as it will likely also result in an error. If you encounter such issues, please contact us immediately to find the right solution.
