How long does it take for points to enter my account?

These points usually take up to 7 business days to credit your account provided you have provided us with the correct name and account number for your frequent flyer account.
It's a good idea to share a screenshot of your frequent flyer card or statement to ensure the points reach you.

In some cases it may take longer, but our customer service representatives will contact you if it arises as this procedure is completely done between the credit card company and the airline internally.
