• Open the Alfagift application, select the item you want to buy.
• Enter the voucher code into the voucher column.
• Before entering the voucher code, make sure you are sure to make the transaction.
• Vouchers will reduce the purchase amount.
• Complete your transaction immediately.

Terms and conditions
1. Voucher codes can be used immediately after being received within the specified validity period.
2. It is not permitted to print the Voucher Code that has been received.
3. Vouchers are valid every day, including weekends and national holidays.
4. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
5. There is no refund if the transaction is below the nominal value of the Voucher.
6. Customers are required to pay the price difference if the transaction is above the nominal value of the Voucher.
7. Can only be used for one use, and any remaining amount that is not used will be forfeited.
8. Use 1 (one) voucher only for 1 (one) transaction.
9. Voucher codes cannot be exchanged if the outlet is closed/not operating.
10. We guarantee that the code we send is valid & can be used. Please use your voucher code immediately after getting an email from us.
11. Vouchers cannot be transferred.
12. Vouchers that have been received are the full responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for negligent use.
